Cypress Marsh Outfitters offers private land gator hunts that are truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. With over 4,000 acres of prime gator habitat, including cow ponds and flooded sloughs and swamp areas, we provide the perfect setting for your adventure. Our natural South Florida habitats are home to gators of various sizes across the ranch. Join us for an unforgettable alligator hunt in one of the most unique environments you'll ever encounter.
PRIVATE LAND ALLIGATOR HUNT
PRICING/RATES
Skinning + Processing fee is $25 per foot for gators-includes vacuum-sealed meat and preparing the alligator for taxidermy

There is a $200 Guide Fee PER DAY on all alligator hunts, only if you were presented with an opportunity to harvest an alligator in your size bracket and did not harvest for whatever reason (Missed shot, Broken lines, poles etc.)

Lodging options:

Stay in our lodge on the ranch for $150 per person/per night (meals included)
PAYMENT POLICIES
There is a required $300.00 non-refundable deposit to hold dates which goes towards the balance of the hunt
Private land tags are included with the hunt
Additional guest- cameraman, wives, buddy’s, ETC. tagging along NOT HUNTING are welcome - $200.00 prospect fee per day (Kids tag along for free)

* Please note that gratuity is not included in any hunt we offer (gratuity is not expected but appreciated)
EQUIPMENT FOR YOUR HUNT
We provide you with equipment however you may also bring your handgun, rifle, or bow. There are no special clothes required for gator hunts. You will need to bring a large cooler to pack your meat from the processor if decided to pay the $25.00 a foot to have vacuum-sealed ready to fry meat. Bug tamer or a Thermacell is recommended. You may also wish to bring a camera or something to take videos to capture a hunt of a lifetime!
FIREARMS
Please be familiar with your firearm, bow or crossbow you will be using. Make sure it is sited in to hit the target before you arrive to the ranch. To harvest an alligator the kill zone is in the back of the head which is a small area, accuracy is needed.
Missed opportunity's happen when Hunters aren't familiar with their firearm, bow or crossbow. We have a range and targets at the ranch to ensure hunters are prepared with their weapon.
LICENSE NEEDED:
An Alligator Agent's license is required to hunt alligators in Florida. The cost of licensing is $53.00 and is NOT included in hunt pricing.
Licenses can be purchased online through the Florida Fish and Wildlife website or we can get it purchased over the phone the day you arrive in camp.
